Terms for using the Yitron Finance website

1. Definitions and Applicability

These terms of use (hereinafter: "the Terms") apply to the use of the Yitron Finance website (hereinafter: "the Website" and "the Company," respectively). Browsing the Website and/or using its services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

2. Description of Services

Yitron Finance is a licensed insurance and finance agency (License No. L-00133833), providing the following services:

  • Comparison and brokerage of life, health, auto, home, and business insurance
  • Pension advisory and pension savings management
  • Mortgage advisory and refinancing
  • Exercising medical rights with the National Insurance Institute
  • Filing tax refund applications

The Website provides general information only and does not constitute a substitute for personal professional advice.

3. "The Personal Area" (Insure)

"The Personal Area" is an online service that brings together the insurance and pension portfolio of the client's household, available in a browser and as an installable app. "Insure" is the consumer brand of the insurance agency activity described in section 2. Its use is subject to these terms and to the privacy policy, and in particular to the following:

  • Authorisation to retrieve information. Display of a full portfolio is conditional on your signature of an authorisation document ("Insurance Appendices"), which allows us to approach the "Har HaBituach" registry of the Capital Market Authority and the pension clearing house on your behalf. Without this signature no retrieval takes place. The manner and scope of retrieval, and your right to withdraw the authorisation, are set out in section 4 of the privacy policy.
  • Identity verification. Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to the registered phone. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your device and for not passing the code to anyone else. A new client is required to attach a photograph of their ID card for verification.
  • Adding family members. By adding a spouse or child you declare that you are entitled to provide their details. An adult (over 18) is never verified by you — a personal link is sent to them and they identify themselves.
  • Accuracy of the information and its limits. The information displayed comes from external sources and from the agency's systems, and reflects their state as at the last update date shown beside it. There may be gaps, update delays or missing records. Do not rely on the display alone in making a decision — the binding source is the policy or document issued by the institutional body.
  • Recommendations are not advice. Recommendations and explanations presented in the service, including those produced by automated processing, are for consideration only and do not constitute pension advice, insurance advice or an undertaking. Every decision is made by you, accompanied by a licence holder.
  • Contacting a professional. A request for a call back is opened only after your express confirmation on screen, and places you under no obligation.
  • Smart assistant and third-party services. The service includes a digital assistant that explains the contents of your file and answers questions about it, and may refer you to services operated by your own insurance companies (locating a physician, an arrangement garage, rapid diagnosis, etc.). Such referrals are provided for your convenience only, the services are subject to those companies' terms, and Yitron Finance is not responsible for their content or availability. The assistant's answers are explanation only and do not constitute advice.
  • Suspension of service. We may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, an attempt to access information that is not yours, or breach of these terms.

4. User Obligations

  • To use the Website in accordance with the law and these Terms only.
  • To provide truthful and accurate information when filling out forms or contacting us.
  • To refrain from copying, duplicating, distributing, or making commercial use of the Website's content without written permission.
  • To refrain from any action that may harm the Website, its services, or other users.
  • To refrain from using the Website for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including texts, design, logo, images, graphics, source code, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Yitron Finance or of third parties who have granted the Company a license to use them. No content may be copied, duplicated, distributed, published, or used commercially without prior written permission from the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The information on the Website is provided "as is" (AS IS) and does not constitute professional advice or a recommendation for action.
  • The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Website or reliance on its content.
  • The Company is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from the Website.
  • The Company does not guarantee that the Website will operate without interruptions or errors.
  • Any financial or insurance decision should be based on personal professional advice and not solely on general information from the Website.

7. Financial Services and Regulation

Yitron Finance operates in accordance with the directives of the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority. Every financial or insurance service is subject to the relevant laws and regulations, including:

  • The Supervision of Financial Services (Insurance) Law, 5741-1981
  • The Supervision of Financial Services (Pension Advisory, Pension Marketing, and Pension Clearing Systems) Law, 5765-2005
  • Circulars of the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority

8. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after the Terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be adjudicated exclusively by the competent courts in Haifa.
